Denise Lindley
Food and Wine connoisseur – elegant, visionary, innovative and creative…these are all attributes that best describe Denise Lindley- a British lady with a world of experience, having worked in industrial catering in the UK, Botswana, Swaziland, Mozambique and South Africa.
Prior to working with Catering Solutions Group, Denise was involved in a Hospitality Training Academy in South Africa, specialising in training under-priveleged youths.
Denise has lived and worked in Mozambique, where for 9 years she was involved in the industrial catering industry with Servco Catering. She built up the company to be the largest catering company in Mozambique. She was employed as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager, and grew the company from 7 contracts to 23 by the time the company was sold in 2012. She trained all her many Mozambican managers to efficiently handle their roles, and operated some extremely challenging remote mining and road camps, producing some 25,000 meals a day. Denise is therefore very aware of the challenges of living and working in Mozambique.
Previous to Mozambique, Denise worked for Compass Group, the largest catering company in the world, where she latterly was responsible for running the mining division, and all the company business in Botswana. She was appointed the first female Area Manager in the company in 1986, when it was just not “done” to have females in these demanding roles. Denise was then transferred to the Northern Transvaal to run the first government tender contracts that the company had ever been awarded, and became the pioneer in Compass of working in remote “virgin” areas, where she worked alone in some very dangerous situations.
Denise is totally dedicated to service excellence and customer satisfaction and believes in being proactive. She believes in people’s abilities and empowering them and would rather work with people with a positive attitude than competent people – attitude and passion – she is passionate about ….not just food and wine, but life!

DAVID NGALI
David Ngali has an absolute passion for what he does, and for what he has been doing all his life – catering.
He trained at Hotel Andalucía in Maputo in Hotel Management, and in 1998 he joined Servco Catering with the distinction of being appointed the first Catering Manager in the fledgling company.
Not long after his appointment to Servco, David was promoted to Area Manager, and steadily gained proficiency working at various challenging projects over several different provinces around Mozambique where he became very competent in HSE, maintenance control and hospital catering.
He left Servco in 2021 to pursue his dream of starting his own catering business, having learnt all the skills required to build a successful company in Mozambique.
Latterly, David became the senior Operations Manager in Servco, and he now brings his wealth of experience to CMSG, as a Director and shareholder.

Anibal Fumo
Anibal started working for Servco in 2007 as a driver, and he soon showed his true worth, by adapting and learning to each new opportunity which came along. He could be relied on to successfully complete any task that was assigned to him.
When Servco was sold, Anibal went on to work for Stabilis as an administrator, and when Denise started Catering Management Solutions Group, Anibal joined her as her right-hand man, where he has become indispensable.
Anibal was made a partner in the company and he continues to flourish in his career!
